My xbox one will start up for around 5 seconds then shut back off this happened to me around 6 ...

this happened to me around 6 months ago so I go it repaired they never said what was wrong. I don't want to have to pay for micrsoft to take months to repair my system and then for it to break down again

Xbox one s problems

Hello all. So i have my xbox one s 500 gb console which i boigh about 9 months ago. Around 2 months ago it just decided to shut off. So i pressed the power button and turned it on and it turned on for less than a second and the power button came on than
it shut off. So i waited around an hour to try again. I tried again and no budge wouldnt turn on. So it was still in warranty and i sent it to microsft for repair just to wait a month to get it back and it was unfixed left with a tamper note stating i haf
opened he console which never occurred. So i contacted support and they said it was water damage and came with wrong note. They said they uad pictures but wouldnt provide them to me. So i decided to take the whole console apart and whatsoever found NO TRACE
of water damage. I cleaned all parts with rlectronic cleaner. Also when i plug power cable into the console a squeaky sound is made. I really dont know what happened to it and mictosoft was not fair in the situation. Whatd the point of a warranty if Microsoft
wont repair the console? I just want my xbox and its sad becuase i have been an xbox customer for many of years and had the 360 also. Im not satisfied with the service received and to wait a month just to get my console back unfixed. To me it sounds very fishy.
Any ideas on what to do to fix the console or a new one as i should receive?

Happened to me. I called xbox support they had me do a hard restart. With the machine on push and hold the power button on the console for about 8 seconds. The machine will shut off. Wait 5-6 sec and start the console. This worked for me. I had the
exact problem you're describing. Support said this would clear my cache of any corrupt files.

I've tried all the troubleshooting ideas but just doesn't seem to work I took apart the passing of the conosol and then got all the dust out it worked for around 30 minutes then it shut off and now does the same thing
