    My Xbox one will play Apps no games


    My Xbox one s will play my apps with np but if I log into a game and try and play it will freeze or disconnect. I have followed all the troubleshoots including a factory reset as a last resort but its still acting up. Can anyone help me???? Thanks

    I've got my xbox linked to my app on pc, and it's how I play my xbox games.
