My xbox one will only connect to games a few mins at a time

When ever i try to play any game online, a few mins will pass and i will receive the error that i have no connection to the interent but if i go back to the home screen im still online. We have two Xbox ones in our home and it happens to both on most of
our games. Im not very tech savy but i have tried all the basic fixs in an attempt to play online but so far none have helped. please help me

Only one Xbox can connect to Live at a time!

Appreciate if you could provide a little more information before we start digging in. Please read:
START HERE! And post back in full detail (the bits that are in bold).

If you are using a wireless connection, state whether you are using the black or the white external network adapter or the built in (Xbox 360 Slim).

Only one Xbox can connect to Live at a time!

We have 3 Xbox's in the house and only one can be connected at a time. When one is signed in, and another tries it either says that there is a DNS server problem, or it disconnects the one already signed in. This problem is beyond irritating. I've already
tried connecting with an ethenet cable instead of wifi, but it still has this problem. I'm pretty sure that there is a problem with the router's settings, but I have absolutely no idea what to do. Please help!!!

I had this happen a few times and every time i unplugged my xbox one for about a min and then plugged it back in and it worked fine every time try it see if that works.

I tried it out for the first time last night. I have a direct FibreOP connection to my house with 170MBit down and 30MBit up and I was having the same issues as you. I had my XBOX ONE connected to my router via a switch originally and when I started getting
the "insufficient bandwidth" errors, I took a CAT6 cable and plugged the XBOX ONE directly into the router. I was able to get through a few rounds of the Mossa Combat workout before it kicked me out again. The "30 min" workout ended up taking 50 mins.

I do not have the same problem, however for a long time it would take a few mins to respond to the request on my Xbox one x, sometimes it is a matter of patience especially with Xbox 360 games as the UI is very different to Xbox one so it can take longer.

Yup my Xbox One won't read game discs and waited 25 mins to talk to Microsoft support and then est. time was 122 mins to get hardware guy... refund time...

actually there are hackers on the xbox console i took a pic on my cell of one guy that in 10 min of game play he was at 210 kills and 0 deaths points going up by 10,000 every few min
