    My xbox one will not turn on with the controller anymore.


    Up until yester day when I wanted to play xbox I just grab my controller and press the xbox button. And it powers on. Well not any more. It just stoped powering on that way. I have to do it by using the button on console. my controller is connected and working
    fine. I just cant turn the xbox on with it. Any one know whats going on???

    xbox one will not turn on with the controller anymore.

    Just power cycle the Xbox by holding down the xbox button on the console for 8 secs. Power adapter light will glow amber. Then start up again.

    Glad that you got it fixed, just try the power cycle method, should you have any trouble in the future.

    xbox one will not turn on with the controller anymore.

    OK, I figured it out. after 3 days of puting up with it. I unpluged the xbox from the power supply. Pluged it back in. now its all working fine.
