Discus and support My Xbox one will not turn on. I bought it yesterday and it worked then in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have an orange light on my power brick.     Help with a new controller of Xbox One

    Hello, yesterday I bought an xbox one, the controller worked perfectly, today I wanted to play with it on my computer and there was an update of the controller on the screen, then I was updating the controller and accidentally unpluged the controller
    and since that happened, the controller does not turn on!

    Please help!

    what does a green screen mean

    when I turn my xbox one on a green screen came on that said xbox one and I waited for 5min and it did not go off I restarted it and the samething happend then I unplugged it then turn it on and it worked fine

    Sorry you're having issues with your new Xbox One. if the power light is orange, the console will not turn on, and you've tried another power outlet then it's likely either a problem with the power supply or a problem with the console. If it's one day old,
    I would first suggest taking it back to the retailer and exchange it for a new one. Your only other option would be getting it repaired through a
    request here.

    I bought my Xbox One YESTERDAY and within an hour I was having this same problem. The gestures work, but the cursor won't show up... So I can't see what I'm doing. In order to get it to work properly, I have to turn off the console and unplug it. Then,
    when I reboot, it works for about an hour and then reverts back to the same problem.

    Thank you so much for the update and I apologize for the trouble. As mentioned earlier there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue and I myself am still waiting for an update from Microsoft through their social media pages and the Xbox support site.

    In the meantime, I reported this through the service alert page for Microsoft to be aware of.
