My XBox One will not play FIFA 17 disc but plays other discs.

But to answer your question: FIFA 17 is probably region coded, and the disc can only be played on consoles with the same region as the disc.

If the disc is a different region than your console, you can't play FIFA 17 from that disc on your console.

Just to add to this, not that any help seems to have been forthcoming, but since the Dashboard update on 17/11/11, my console has stopped reading 360 discs altogether. All other formats of disc still play without problems.

Im having the same issue, only with one game, FIFA 17. The game disc was saying this error message so i digitally downloaded it and it has not fixed it.

Has the disc played successfully on your console previously? As simply saying it won`t play is not enough information for any of us to work with to try and help you.

Also, since Halo 4 is a two disc game, are you inserting the correct disc as one is the game disc and the other is the installation disc?

Yes, it's been played before on my xbox and yes I've been inserting the disc 1 which contains the game itself. However, one day out of the blue my xbox didn't play it.
