My Xbox one will not open any apps or games

Have you tried these methods?

1. Delete the local saved games and reinstall the game.
   
2. Install the game in Offline mode.
   
3. Ensure that there is enough storage space to install the game.
   
4. Make sure Xbox Live Services are not down.
   
5. Install System Updates on your console.
   
6. Install the game on the internal hard drive.
   
7. Clean your Xbox One disc.
   
8. Sign in to the correct Xbox account.
   
9. Switch to Google DNS.
   
10. Perform a Factory Reset.
    
11. Format your Xbox One External Hard Drive.

I am sorry you are going through this problem with your console, if you have tried the reset keeping games and apps, you need to try it now by deleting everything.

I am having the same issue also been goin on for about 2 months now on and off. I don't have the master chief collEcton either. I am wondering if this is good enough cause to send the one back...surely this 9 about as bad as the ring off death on 360. Microsoft
get ur finger out and get it fixed or psi here we come.

I am also having the same issue. and have done since day 1, I came onto the forums to check if others are affected. I have to hard reset 1 in 3 times of booting up the console? Since I have started using the TV tuner this has become really annoying. I initially
thought it was because I had to wait for the pins to load but even that makes no issues, I just get the error box where my pins and apps etc. are meant to be that says it might be a problem Xbox's end. Every time a hard reset fixes and allows me to use the
console again.

I have experienced this issue also and have reported it to the powers to be. Thanks for letting us know.
