    My Xbox One will no longer connect to my Tv


    I have been playing on my Xbox for the longest using the same TVs and 3 different HDMI cords. Tonight it suddenly decided that it doesn’t want to connect to the TV. The screen says “no signal”. I’ve tried everything; resetting the game/tv, different HDMI cord and it’s was set on the right input. However, recently I purchased the game pass and have been playing many games on it. Could that be a reason why? Maybe it has a virus?

    Hope you're doing great today despite this Sydney

    What Xbox console do you have?
    May I know if you tried power cycling both Xbox and the TV?

    1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    2. Unplug the console's power cable from the console and from the power outlet. Wait 5 minutes.
    Important: Be sure to wait at least 5 minutes. This step resets the power supply.
    3. Plug the console power cable back in.
    4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    (For the TV is similar, disconnect the cable from the power outlet and leave the TV disconnected for about 5 minutes as well)

    If maybe the issue persist, may I know if you tried using a completely different TV to see if that makes a difference?

    If you try to access to the Xbox troubleshoot menu, are you able to do it?
    Or not at all?

    "Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
    Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
    Press and hold the Pair button (located on the left side of the console) and the Eject button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button  on the console.
    Note The Xbox Series S and the Xbox One S All-Digital Edition do not have Eject buttons. You can bring up the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter on these consoles by holding only the Pair button (steps 3 & 4) and then pressing the Xbox button .
    Continue holding the Pair and Eject buttons for 10-15 seconds.
    Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair and Eject buttons after the second power-up tone.
    The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter"

    Well I mean because its always gonna need to be on when watching tv now since the cable box is no longer connected to one of my HDMI ports on my tv. Its going to be connected to the X1 and your gonna need the X1 & cable box on now
