Hi, it was stolen from your house? I'd call the police. Then I'd get a pc and change your account password and make extra security proofs.

Also check your billing history to make sure no purchases were made.

This is not me someone has stolen my xbox and trying to reset it.

If your console was stolen you need to be more concerned than your “home” console.

I have a friend whose xbox one was stolen from his house. I went online to play and noticed that the person that stolen the Xbox one is playing on my friends account. Is there a way to track down the theif so my friend can get his xbox one back?

I had no issue with that. Can you get down and crawl or is something in the way? If someone is in the way, step back a moment an let them go first then follow. If you can't get down to crawl, press and hold the right joystick (like a button) and you will
be able to crawl.
