All content you purchase belongs to you. When you get a new console head to My Games & Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Download. All your content will be waiting there for you.

I would also recommend changing the email/password associated with your gamertag to prevent further issues.

As far as the break in goes, be sure to contact the police. They will contact Microsoft regarding the theft.
