    Hi there sad to say if your console has been banned theres nothing anyone on here can do about it. The Enforcement team usually has solid facts behind a ban, you should have recieved an email describing the reason for the ban. Thanks VintageGamer895

    So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login

    As stated, there is nothing that the community can do regarding a device ban and unfortunately, device bans are usually permanent, meaning that the ban is not able to be appealed or overturned. I would suggest reading this informative article regarding Xbox
    device bans and how you can still use that console while offline: https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/Home/HowTo#sub-topic0-3

    You can log in on that website to see any enforcement actions on your account but if you are getting a message stating your console is banned from Xbox Live, then there is nothing you can do with that console anymore. As that is the case, we will now be
