    My Xbox One X is going through a hard drive problem in which I cannot even go to Xbox home. This was supposed to be fixed when I sent it in for repair, but the issue came back and Xbox Support with
    real people is currently unavailable. Because of this, I was wondering if I could get free repair, warranty, or replacement for my Xbox.

    You would have to contact support and they should be able to set up another repair. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us If you're not seeing the options to request a call
    back or chat with support, change your category/topic until you do. Most billing options will have those available.
