My Xbox-One warranty has been revoked erroneously

warranty exclusion statement:

5. Warranty Exclusions

So it appears that your console warranty was voided as a result of (c) . Even if you didn't open the console and broke the seal of the sticker, then this voids the warranty. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear like there is going to be anything else you can
do with Microsoft Support at this point if service rejected the console for a warranty violation.

I knew this information yet, my problem is that i didn't nothing, my xbox suffered a tecnical problem.

I think the technician didn't do a good work and now i have a problem, out service and out waranty.

I would like escalate my incident because Microsoft is being unfair with my case but is imposible escalate the incident.

I´ll write a reclaim in the European Consumer Center.
