my xbox one very slow and no respnse!

Doing a
soft factory reset as Felixx mentioned usually helps with this issue. Sometimes system files get corrupt and will cause many issues with the console from slowing down to not powering on.

Thank you for reaching out top Xbox forums support. If you haven't already done so, go ahead and try performing a Soft console Factory
reset on your console by doing the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select System.
5. Select Console info & updates.
6. Select Reset console. [KEEP MY GAMES AND APPS]

Make sure you have both your email and password on hand as you will be asked to sign back in. There is an option to delete everything and to save your games and apps; choose the latter.

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely.
Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes.
Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

my xbox one s will go to green screen, then sometimes slowly the home screen, but won't let me do a "soft factory reset, and i've tried other ways and still won't do anything!
