My Xbox One uninstalled 90 games on my console automatically!!!

Just turned my Xbox One on to find that it has uninstalled 90 of my games from my console!!!!

Just follow the following instructions from:
support.xbox.com/.../dashboard

Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

Select Console Settings.

Select Startup and Shutdown.

Select Startup.

Select from the following startup options:

Disc

Select Disc if you want the disc in your console to automatically play when you turn on the console.

Xbox Dashboard

Select Xbox Dashboard if you want the dashboard to display when you turn on the console.

Windows Media Center

Select Windows Media Center if you want Windows Media Center to start when you turn on your console.

go into console settings and switch it from disc to dashboard

yes and yes it has also deleted lots of data from every game I tried to leave the preview programme a while ago but it didn’t let me

When you go into My games & apps on the console at the very top of the list above the games are a set of filter and sort options similar to below, can you just check to make sure these have been set to show all storage and all games?

 

fully shut down the xbox, unplug from the mains, then re attach and start it back up, wait a few minutes after starting and see if the games re appear, if the console starts up it can take a few moments to detect the hdd, then the games should show again.

If the hdd is faulty or not being detected then all your games will show in the ready to install section.
