I plug the power brick into any outlet first it is orange and then when I plug it into my xbox one it turns off immediately. I received my replacement xbox and that does not work, I am having the same issue. I will now be sending in my power brick.

if the font is orange the problem is not the font, it is probably in the console.

unfortunately microsoft has not repaired this model since 2019 and you need to look for a technician to help you find the defect and repair it.

Hey so my Xbox 360 Slim 250gb just started doing this right now. I turn on the xbox and then it immediately shuts off. The power brick turns green when I turn on the console and then back to orange when it shuts off a few seconds later. I'm worried it might
be the xbox. What is the true problem though? Someone please help me!

Edit: The power brick DOES flicker and suddenly turn off for about 5 seconds and then goes back to staying orange. Is this a sign to get a new power brick?

Try doing a hard reset.... Hold down the Xbox power button for ten seconds until it powers off. When the power brick light turns orange you can turn your Xbox back on. Hope this helps.
