My Xbox One turns on but doesn't start

Could you further describe your problem?

Is there any signal on your TV?

If not did you try a new HDMI cable?

Or does it get stuck on the loading screen?

Fully power the Xbox down by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for 8-10 seconds. Unplug the power suppoy from the wall for 30 seconds.

ehm good if I test the HDMI cable with a laptop connecting it to the same TV and it worked. therefore I don't think it's the cable or the TV
