    My xbox one thinks I don't have xbox live gold half the time.


    Same here, started today. Strange enough, I can still play Max and Halo that came free with the gold membership, which was paid for ten days ago, but going to the store etc. offers me to "Join Gold".

    Checking on commerce.microsoft.com I noticed that I have one account, but two billing profiles (need to cheat a little because the One is still not available in Switzerland).

    Logging in on account.xbox.com shows no Gold membership either, but I know it's there, and it still was yesterday. Additionally, the credit card that is only added to the correct profile shows as payment option on account.xbox.com, so the data seems to be
    around...

    Any clues? I've been googling around for a way to delete the wrong billing profile, but haven't found anything.

    Can't use Xbox Fitness any more because of this issue. I don't see a lot of sugggestions other than call MS, cancel subscription and get a new one free. Doesn't sound bad. Did that work?

    • Go to accounts.live.com to
      verify that all your billing information is correct. You can also check the status of your membership there as well.
    • If after verifying your information you are still being asked to join Gold, I recommend contacting Phone Support from our contact us page.
    Please let us know if your you are still asked to join Gold after trying the suggested steps.
