    my xbox one sync button stopped working


    a few days ago I had to unplug my Xbox for personal reasons, it never moved from its place, when I went to plug it back in it turned on just fine, then when I went to sync my controller, the sync button had stopped working. what do I do?

    my xbox update was stopped.

    No!i wont connect more than one controller with my Xbox.if i will press the sync button on my Xbox the lights will spin around for sometime then it will stop.but if i press the sync button on both things then it will stop and just flash on the console and
    controller.But the console will turn on by pressing the guide button on the controller.i also changed the batteries.please help me am in big trouble.

    Hey I'm back and the swap batteries worked and synced up with my Xbox but when I try to play with my brothers the controller would turn off and when we would turn it back on the buttons stop working but the triggers and joystick still work.

    When I press the Xbox's sync button, it searches and then if I press the remote's sync button, the xbox and the remote stop searching. This must mean that they're connected. But they're not?

    Heya Ralfenstien.

    It sounds like the batteries on your controllers may be low, have you tried a new set of batteries to see if there's any change?
