    My Xbox One store issue


    When I sign into my Xbox One I can not access the Xbox One store a message keeps popping up saying the follow "Try that again Something happened on our end and we couldn't sign you in."

    I have no issue accessing the store on my computer though but I would still like to know why I can not access it on my Xbox One.

    Need help. My xbox one won't stop scrolling to the right.

    My default controller with the OG Xbox One did this too. First I called to report the issue then I returned it to a Microsoft store and they switched it.

    Used 3 different controllers since then with no issues.

    The layout is perfectly fine. The only issue I have is the layout of the Xbox One Store.

    I have the same problem. There are a lot of reports of this for a few days now. What makes it worse is that their site shows that the network is fine.

    The redeem of the website did work, however this still doesn't fix my issue with the store having the same problem on my Xbox one

    Had the same problem, called microsoft support and told them my issue.

    They helped me change my xbox 360 store location just make sure its the same as your xbox one store location, Good luck!
