My xbox one still turn off when I play a game

Hello dears,

My xbox one power supply turns off when I start play a game, the problem was from time to time, but now it became permanent so I can't play any game.

I tried reset the power supply and the setting of the automatically turning off, but still have the same issue.

The problem is that the power supply turn off (i.e. the lid of the power supply turn off not only the console).

Any idea please,

I am seeing this on the Xbox app when my console is turned off. When I turn my Xbox on it still says I'm playing the game. When I check my recent activity it is the last game I played before turning off my Xbox

The Issue isnt resolved. The console is still turning its self off when i try to turn it on. Even making the power off beep while its off, No happy gaming is happening on my xbox one.

Yes i just hear the sound of the Xbox one when it turns on it ''beeps'' then after it ''beeps'' again and turn off. I was playing lately today on it, and it just ''beeps' turn off while i was playing....

still any solution?
