    My Xbox one stays at the green loading screen. How can I fix it?


    When I turn On my Xbox one it goes to the green loading screen with the Xbox logo and stays there, the three small circles move. How can I fix this?

    Xbox one wont get past the green boot up screen

    I turn my xbox one on and it just stays on the green loading screen with the 3 loading circles continuously going nonstop. I dont know how to fix this and it wont go to the home screen.

    Try turning your xbox off by holding the power button on front of the xbox then try turning it on

    Is your console hardwired to your router? if so, try removing the network cable and try turning it on
