    What is causing this? What is this problem called? It seems to be happening in all games. Changed HDMI cords, changed TVs. No updates available to download. please Help!

    Hey there LikableSinger60.

    To start off, which games are you running into this trouble with? Is this during online multiplayer or singleplayer? If you haven't already, I suggest uninstalling a game and re-installing it to see if there is any change in it's performance.

    The game seems to have some issues with graphics settings and performance on PC and Xbox. I've had issues with the game on PC and have read multiple reports of people having issues on Xbox One S and X. All we can do is wait for the developer to release
    an update.

    That doesn't seem like it would make any difference in my case. The minimum specs are just to have the Intel Integrated graphics. I'm not having an issue installing or running the game; I just can't connect once it is running. That seems to be more of a networking issue, not anything having to do with my graphics capabilities, which again are way better than are needed to run the game.

    Hey there, angm23!

    Sorry to see any display issues you may be running into! This is definitely weird, and I appreciate you providing the images as they help a lot!

    Most display issues with the Xbox One S have been linked back to the TV, but there are a few issues that could be caused by a bad HDMI port on the console.

    I'm not sure if you have a 4K TV that you are running into this on, but it may be worth going through our

    Troubleshoot 4K and HDR on Xbox One S     page as there could be something on there that can help you out. One important thing to note is be sure you are using the HDMI cable that came with the console to prevent any display issues.

    If that page doesn't help you out, post back with your TV manufacturer and model number, and we'll see what other troubleshooting we can do to sort this out.
