MY xbox one says to unplug network cable but I dont have one in my house and I dont have ...

One day I got on my xbox one and it said I wasnt connected to the internet and I checked and it said I had wired internet and when I clicked setup wireless network it said "Unplug the network cable" when I have no network cable exsisting in my household
and on the same day my controller wouldnt sync with my xbox or the light wouldnt stay solid it would only stay solid when i plug it into a wire and the wire is really small and my sync button on my xbox dosent work.Please someone help me I think a new character
on overwatch is going to announce soon please help

Ethernet Trouble

Hey so I am trying to connect my modem to my xbox one via ethernet cable and under network diagnostics it says that it is using the wired connection but I am still noticing the same signal strength as if I was connected wirelessly. I dont know if it is just
my Wifi in general-I use the Apple Airport Extreme-or if it is a cable problem. If you know the problem or have any ideas, please reply! Thanks!

i just got my new xbox one and i am having to download the update but it keeps kicking me off of my wifi signal. i dont have access to a wired network. can anyone help me resolve tis issue please. thank you

Do you have your console set to Instant On under power settings? If so, let's try a full power cycle on your Xbox One to see if this clears up. Hold down the power button for 8-10 seconds (until your Xbox One powers off) and then power it back on. Let us know
if that changes your connection trouble.

 

Well thanks for helping but it didn't work my Xbox is a little different it dosent play discs and the shell is off the Xbox and it removed my SYNC button so its not going to work but because black friday is coming up im going to get a xbox one s because I have
a 4k TV so it will be better for me in the long run thanks though.
