my xbox one says its signing me in but then doesnt

man dude its doing the exact thing to me except it doesnt say im online it says error signing in and its keeps me offline till the end of the day if im lucky

there were four profile and one of them was mine, mines the only one that's gone. It doesnt say corrupted its just gone and i didnt delete it because i was in the middle of a game when it signed me out and was just gone.

I heard there is an update coming to xbox one this week but not only has my xbox one been acting up with this issue also my 360 I thought it was my internet connection but its running fine on my other non microsoft consoles....is this problem because of
the update bc its really frustrating. ...it doesnt even let me sign in with my controler sometime

I cant sign in to my xbox account the popup is saying try in a few minutes it has been 8 minutes and still doesnt work and also says check service status in the xbox assist and I went there on my phone and its saying
