    My xbox one says i don't have gold.


    Sunday i got a mail from Microsoft that my gold subscription is cancelled. I immediately checked it on my xbox one and it was true. I don't have gold anymore. I just bought a 12 months subscription so i don't know what happened. Can anyone help me with this
    matter? Because i want to play titanfall and for now i can because i have put in a code for a 14 day gold trial. But that does'nt solve my problem.

    What happens when you try to play online? Do you see an active subscription when you check
    account.xbox.com? We have list of contact numbers for the phone teams

    You could try calling ms support see if they can see why you have the problem.

    But you are not the first and so far i havent seen any solution to it.

    I'm in the same boat. I've been without gold for 3 days. Xbox chat told me an update was coming and to wait it out, (but for how long??). I gave twitter support my gamertag and region, and I haven't received any updates. I tried redownloading my profile,
    power cycling, and nothing is working. Super frustrating.

    Subscriptions & services page is saying that you currently have Gold, and

    removing and re-adding your profile
    on the console doesn't work, you will want to
    contact us via phone or chat for further assistance.
