    When I try to accept a group invitation it says I need to subscribe to Xbox Live Gold, but I already subscribed, as it says on Sign in to your Microsoft account.

    My xbox one is telling me I don't have a gold subscription, but my xbox 360 says I have a 12 month gold subscription. I don't understand how this happened. I bought a year gold subscription a few months ago, but now my xbox one is telling me I don't have
    a subscription. Please someone tell me how this happened and how to fix it.

    What happens when you try to play online? Do you see an active subscription when you check
    account.xbox.com? We have list of contact numbers for the phone teams

    I have the same trouble. But to me, its to play Halo or any online game. In the website, on Transitions dont show my buy. But in Commerce Microsoft look like its fine. Sorry my bad english.

    Sorry to hear it. You are both showing as Silver members on the forums here. If you did purchase a Gold membership and it is not showing properly you need to contact Phone Support for more assistance with this.

    1-800-469-9269 in North America or
    support.xbox.com/contact-us
    to have them call you back.

    However, be aware that there is an issue with adding Gold time or using codes at the moment on the 360 that may also affect the One. You can keep track of the issue at the following link:

    Let's have you both
    Remove your profiles
    then
    power cycle
    the console and re-add your the profile.

    Then attempt to play an online game or join a party and let us know what happens!
