My Xbox one says all my games are corrupt, and keeps randomly uninstalling the games.

I hope someone can help me. I have been having trouble with my Xbox One since just after Christmas. I installed a new game (Little Nightmares from the Xbox store), and not long after this most of my games corrupted and wouldn't open. I managed to reinstall
some of the games, but Little Nightmares said it was corrupt and wouldn't re-install. At this time, I contacted Xbox support and they did some troubleshooting with me, but nothing worked. Support thought it might be a server problem and left me with a few
other things to check - like - whether my external drive was working by downloading another game onto it - this was all Ok, and I tried to reply to the Xbox Support via the email they sent me (as per their request, should the problem continue) That was two
months ago - no reply, also again one month ago - no reply.

The problem is now getting worse. Today I bought a new game (the Minecraft Dungeon pack) - initially, it installed the main part of the game but not the addon that I purchased. Then later today, it uninstalled most of my games and some internal apps either
won't update or have uninstalled. Again, when I try to download any of them, the installation is stopped and it says the game is corrupt.

I don't know what to do. I really want to Contact support, but there is no way to do this as it sends you to community or to another gamer. I feel so disappointed with Xbox, with no way to contact them.

Please, can anyone here help me with this?

Thank you so much for your suggestion, I have done the reset and so far the games I have downloaded seem to be working fine. Thank you, it is a big relief to finally sort out this problem.

Thank you for your post. I understand you are experiencing an issue with your Xbox One randomly uninstalling games, corrupting installations, and not completing updates. To troubleshoot this, please try performing a

Factory Reset on your Xbox One. This can be done while keeping your games & apps installed, if the issue persists you may want to consider removing everything from your console.

My Xbox One won't down load some of the 360 games or certain games I already had on it. Also it won't download some of my DLC for games. It says it's corrupted and I should uninstall in and try reinstalling but the thing is when I go to uninstall it it won't
uninstall and just stays on my console. It does this with new games as well. I have bought some new games and it says it can't download it because it is corrupted. How can a brand new game be corrupted? It can't. Other than that the new experience is fine.
I would just love it if Microsoft would fix these bugs and all the other bugs that people are having ASAP so we can all enjoy the new experience
