    My xbox one s is freezing sometimes when I use the joystick and is sometimes even turning on with a black screen and every time I turn it on it goes to the xbox loading screen and it will not let me sign into my account or check the settings.

    Just not been an issue with my original Xbox one, Xbox one S or Xbox one X. My S is in alpha and X is in alpha SA.
