    My xbox one S won't turn on


    When I try to turn on my Xbox One S it only makes the power-on sound but it does not turn on or transmit a signal, likewise, the processor FAN does not start either, I tried to clean it and change the thermal paste but it remains the same.

    As for contacting support in India, go to https://support.xbox.com/en-IN/contact-us#0:2:5

    There click on the Xbox One icon, and click on the smaller "See other options" below the "Ask a question" button.

    Under "Console & Accessories" click on "Warranty, Service & Repair".

    You can then choose to go to the "Device Support" page to try an online repair request, or click on "Show Contact Options" to show ways on how to contact the support.

    Depending on the time of day and times of operation, you will get tiles to "Chat with support", where you use a text based chat, or if available, you can also request a callback from support.
