    I'm having the same problem bro, I bought a new xbox one S today and it doesn't update, it stops at 904mb and gives the same error. It is a problem on the console?

    I have updated the Xbox app to my Windows computer. I need help with an error code that is not recognized in the error code list. I am trying to update my xbox one and it says it has a problem with the following error code: 0x8B0500B6 0x00000000 0x9FFF0004.

    I first noticed this update on my Xbox One S, which is in my bedroom, but it soon popped up on my Xbox Series S, which is in the living room. It didn't kill my Xbox One S, but I don't know if it's because I haven't used that Xbox since this post, or because it's not the base model One.

    Consumers need to start rallying together to get things changed so that companies cannot legally make changes that are "compatible" with older models, but kill or purposefully slow those models instead. I really hope there are gamers out there with the legal know-how to help get that sh*t done.
