    My Xbox one s will not boot help


    My Xbox games have been crashing and getting corrupted over and over all the internet says to hard reset it and I did and redownloaded all the games and it happened again and now it just gets stuck on the green booting screen then shuts off after a couple of hours and the last time I was playing I was on a Minecraft realm then it lagged so bad I had to unplug it and now this. Somebody, please help me I want to play before my 1 month runs out.

    Exists the possibility that your Xbox OS is corrupted

    Please perform an offline update for your console. In that way Xbox system will be installed from scratch.

    power saving mode boot question

    Microsoft rep had me plug directly in the wall and the system boots normal. I previously had the Xbox One S plug into the monster surge protector strip with my TV. That was the problem. Microsoft rep told me that the Xbox Box One S has a built in surge protector.
    I going to use the Xbox One S today and if the problem does not return I will keep the Xbox One S. The Microsoft rep told me to exchange if the problem does return. Thank you for the help.

    Xbox one S not booting

    I highly recommend you spend sometime with xbox support so they can be able to help you. Maybe it got overheated if you were plaging for awhile that would happen to mine when i would play long period of times.
