My Xbox One S update isn't moving

My xbox's system update isn't changing percentage and hasn't done for 50 minutes. It is on the applying update stage and it says not to turn it off. What can I do?

My download is moving between 7 and 30 Kb/s -_- about .002% of my 15mb/s. Yeah, 15 mb/s isn't much but... come on.

Are you using network connection through wireless or cable?

 

Honestly I would recommend rebooting the router and modem and see if it kickstarts it. Leave the system on, just reboot the modem to see if that brings it all back online.

 

That hasn't worked, what else should I try doing?

Can you say in which % did it freeze? Download (1st) or verification(2nd) or installation (3rd)?

 

That is a bigger issue, because probably if you turn her off will broke the operative system.

Since the router option, like was said above, doesnt worked I think you dont have no more options with her turned on. All will depend what will appear if you turn off and on. Because then you will be able to perform a offline update, or she fails to update
because HDD is damaged.

 

I don't think there have been any console updates in over a month so can you please say if you are in the Xbox Insider program?
