My Xbox One S turns on and then after about 30 second turns off again.

If the issue persists, then this would unfortunately indicate an internal hardware fault and your only option would be to request a repair or replacement. Perhaps upgrade to the Series X|S if possible.

It must be a hardware issue because all of those options are not the problem. It could be that it needs an update, but I can’t turn the console on so I can’t update it anyways.

My xbox one s makes a loud loud noise when start up it stops for about 30 sec and then comes back I try to turn it off but when the xbox is off it is louder than when it was on and now i cant use it for now sometimes i turn it on and it doesn’t make the
noise but if i turn it off then again in 1hour or 2 then it does it again.

When the console is turned on, hold the power button on the front of the console for a full 10 seconds to turn it off.

When it’s off wait about 30 seconds and turn it back on and try again. Hopefully it will work.
