My Xbox One S shuts off when playing Resident Evil 0, what to do?

Hello. at the beginning of the game, you climb the train roof to reconnect the wires, then a cutscene stars and that's when the console crashes and turns off automatically. It seems I'm not the only one with this problem. What can I do? Do I have to send
my console to microsoft's professionals? Am I getting a new one (mine is less than 3 months old)? Do I get a refund for the game???

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

Sorry to hear it. If your console is plugged into a power bar please try plugging it directly to a wall socket. You could also try deleting then redownloading the game.

A factory reset can be tried as well. There's an option to keep installed games and apps so you won't need to redownload them.

If all else fails and you still experience this then you may need to set up a repair of the console. You can do this at
devicesupport.microsoft.com

It's a known issue with this game and I think they are looking into it, I had to uninstall the game, Then clear local saved games before installing again. After I did that it worked without issue. That may work for you

Does anyone know how to solve the resident evil game problem 0 that turns off the consolhe xbox one s?

I have the same problem with my Xbox x it crashes on the first Marcus battle cutscene towards the end of the game it hard crashes my system and you cannot skip past the cutscene because the minute it cuts on it crashes there's no way to skip past it on Resident
