    try to power cycle your console for 10 seconds then wait for 30 seconds or power cycle for 10 seconds then unplug it for 30 seconds then plug your console back in and try to turn your xbox one . if these troubleshooting steps don t work and you cant
    turn on your xbox one console you might need to send your console for a repair

    Hi

    Firstly can you please check your setting on the console to if the power save setting on the console are powering the console down after a period of inactivity to do this please press the guide button then Select Setting / Power & startup / Power mode &
    startup and in the top left under option you should see a setting to turn the console off after a period of inactivity you may need to change.

    If the console is powering down without warning when in use please try
    following this guide     to hopefully troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing.

    Little bit more info as its just done it while i was posting the last message.

    Playing game then game freezes and makes a sound through tv speakers which sounds a bit like an old pc loading of tapes does this for 3 or 4 seconds then totally shuts down but will power back up straight away then runs as if nothing has happened

    Network failure

    The network completely froze. The network was working at 0kb/s. It completely shut down. When the xbox was kicked off the network, everything went back to normal. After the xbox is shut down though, a process remains and puts the network down a little bit.
    I think our network works at 600kb/s, but now with the xbox it is 500kb/s, and when it went on the network via XBOX Live, it went to 0kb/s. Usually it could be a network error, but this also happened when my mother connected through her account on the xbox.
    And IP and DNS are also on automatic already. It is also a WPA2 connection.
