My Xbox One S isn't resetting

I've tried on multiple occasions to attempt to reset the Xbox, whether it be to hard power reset with the 10 second power button hold, I've tried unplugging various cords, HDMI, etc. I've tried to open the troubleshoot menu by pressing the eject button, the pair button, and the power button, following various instructions. Still hasn't reset or rebooted. The closest I've gotten is the green reboot screen to show up, however, this screen has appeared to have been loading for around thirty minutes. I've tried everything. Resetting my TV, my Display Options. I have tried to let all power drain out before re-plugging in the power cord to the Xbox. I'm desperate and have tried everything. I'm willing to full factory reset ( with the option to log back into my Microsoft Account) but, I can't even use the button command to open up the menu for it. When my TV is on, and everything is connected, I cant even switch over to the HDMI1 input on my TV despite everything being connected. Please help me out here.

I'm sorry but if the method below is now working, I'm afraid the console needs a service.

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in. Press and hold the SYNC button (located below the Xbox button on the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console. Continue holding the SYNC and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the SYNC and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone. The console should power up and take you directly to the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter.

It's a xbox one s and yes I've unplugged it and plugged it back reset my mac stuff I've even restarted the download and update and this isn't the first time I've tried

Hi, I have a XBOX ONE S I've bought the game and it will not let me download it, it's says it's incompatible

"Sorry, this game or app isn't compatible

Choose something else, or try %2 on Xbox Series X/S (0x87e10011)"

I only swapped out to my XBOX ONE S yesterday (I thought it was broken so was using a normal / original Xbox one) prior to that.... After I realised my one s was working I bought a key and now own Forza Motorsport premium.

I reset my password and I just got signed back in to my One S and it will not let me download the game

Any help resolving this issue asap would be very appreciated

like they said above, the xbox one isn't 4k my default.

the Xbox one X and one S are the only ones that have supscaling to 4k.
