    Xbox one s problem

    It didn't work..... I followed all the steps....and it just doesn't show the factory reset options.....it is freezing on start up......it is very slow.

    My xbox one s goes to green screen on start up and is slow, sometimes it will go to the home screen, but will not let me do anything else (games, apps,etc.). I have tried a soft reset and hard reset but it just goes blank then sometimes back to
    the green screen! Is my console done for? Please help!!

    If you used another xbox, the problem is not the xbox, what is the game? are you playing online?

    Xbox one freezing

    Not sure if it's similar, but since the last update my Xbox one will freeze. It starts slow, a little lag, then if I try and turn it off it freezes. I have to unplug the console to reset it.

    Download speeds dropped since getting a new Xbox.

    Done the soft factory reset and manual set up, external drive wasn't plugged in either and its still the same. I just set up my old xbox one and the speeds on that are fine, its just this one S that's slow. So much for an upgrade :(
