My xbox one s is having loads of problems at the same time

Hi, basically for some reason one random day my xbox wouldnt turn on when i somehow got it to turn on i was stuck on the green xbox screen. Sometimes theres a black screen and after 20 mins im on the xbox but its really slow and takes really long to respond.
Also the only way my xbox turns on is by holding down the disc button and the home button. Also ive tried everything ive even reseted it but still nothing. Does anyone know how to help

Thanks for posting on the Xbox forums. We understand that your Xbox One S is only able to turn on by accessing the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter, and you are getting stuck on the green and black screen. This type of issue is related to a system update
error. We have a support article that provides
solutions for system update issues. Have you completed either a full or soft factory reset. The full factory reset will erase everything while a soft factory reset keeps games and applications installed. Have you tried performing an offline system update?

I'm having a similar problem my xbox one s does this if I try loading up a game it might not load same with a app then it just freezes for a good 30 minutes I have restarted it multiple times and it's still the same

No my Xbox 1 is saying same thing as well as my s series

My Series S cant connect, load games, or anything. My wifes xbox one is having no problems whatsoever. We are in the SAME house and using the SAME internet connection.
