    the games are closing and step out into main

    I have problems with the games in my xbox one s, whan i try to launch one game, these are closing itself and show me the main screen, i don't kwon if only with a reinstall of the game is the solution, but i want not loose my advance in the games, it is only
    in two games, Halo MCC and Batman Arkham.

    Someone can help me? please.

    i need to reinstall the games, and if the error will continue, then is warranty, right?

    try to switch your Audio Settings--> DTS to Dolby Digital or something else (Dolby Atmos)

    I have the same Problem, when i try to open a App, Youtube or Netflix the App close automatically

    after few seconds. When I switch the audio settings it works, i think the error has something to do with the latest (Beta) preview update

    my friend started that xbox one a third time and that xbox closed by itself, my friend turned it on and then it turned it off again, he turned it on again, and it reset it by itself now the problem is fixed and we are still in sharing license....... This
