My Xbox One S is acting weird

I keep getting error 8027025a "took too long to start." I've been dealing with this idiotic error for months now and I've gotten this error four times now this week. This error happens randomly for me at any time with any game, also I've been having sign
in issues throughout the week. Additionally my Xbox did something else weird today, I use instant on mode, but I turned on my xbox one this afternoon and the green logo came up. Acting like I was booting up my Xbox one from energy saving mode.

If I power cycle or hard restart then 'took too long' temporarily stops, but then the error comes back a few days later. I've tried exchanging for a different xbox one, clearing persistent storage, factory resetting and a bunch of other stuff too yet error
8027025a persists. I also upgraded to a high speed internet connection and i check frequently to make sure sure my games and console are up to date. My friend thinks that I'd have far less errors if i upgraded to a One X, but I do own a 4k tv and I'm not convinced.
Sometimes i can two weeks w/o errors, other times like now my xbox one gives me fits, is Xbox Live having issues right now? I don't understand!

Hello All,

Since the troubleshooting was tried that already mentioned and are not in the insider program. We recommend trying a

soft factory reset or
offline update. Sometimes an OS can get corrupt and cause the error you are receiving.

Try power cycling the console by holding the power button for 8 seconds until it shuts off. See if that solves the issue. If it doesn't then contact support to set up an exchange for the console.
