My Xbox one S is acting up

Lately my xbox has been experiencing issues involving gameplay entering the home button menu and starting.

In more detail:

-my xbox menu will tend to freeze when popping up the side bar on the left for exanple i open my messages and the tab will freeze and be blank but i close it and press the button again and it pops up to frozen menu again with the tab still open

-my games have been getting problems too from crashing not starting to freezing and slow performance for example my skyrim the only game i got to work somewhat smoothly freezes every now and then and the menu won't pop up either and for my other games they
arent making it to the start menu on most ive tried reinstalling and restarting but that tends to just be a waste of time

-my downloads will freeze too and ill have to restart the xbox to fix them

-now onto the startup problem when i go to restart my xbox will stay on a black screen for hours before it turns off and restarts (which it never got to restart because im impatient and tend to just hold the button down for 10 seconds) [this was all through
the restart button in the menu]

-overall ive consulted customer support and they didnt help at all and i dont know what to do

These problems only recently appeared in the past 3months after a system update failed and i came to an error and it wouldnt start till i reset the xbox i kept giving me errors that dont exist ive reset it multiple times but it works for like 5mins before
you notice it starts acting up before the last 3 months i had no problems out of it my old xbox one (regular) had no problems except that discs wouldnt work last year soo i got another xbox my previous lasted from when the orginal xbox one came out till last
summer and i still have no problems outve it except for the fact it doesnt read my game discs

Ive reset the xbox multiple times but the problem still persists

My XBOX is acting up, everytime I insert a game disc in it, it says unrecognized disc

and these are goid condition discs which were working just days ago.

it says this disc is unreadable, Status code: 03-57-00
