    My Xbox One S hasn't been able to turn on


    I was just playing some games when it started acting up, so I quit the game and tried booting it back up but i'm meet with something went wrong. I then restarted my Xbox and it got stuck flashing so I manually turned it off. It has now not been able to turn back on and only the light indicator comes on. Also i'm 90% sure it's not an HDMI issue. Can anyone please help me?

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Kindly reset your internal power supply by following the steps below:

    "Unplug the power cord from the console.

    Wait 10 seconds.

    Plug the cord back into the console, and then press the Xbox button  on the front of the console."

    My son has the exact same problem. He hasn't been able to play for a long time.

    I read somewhere that only Xbox One S was experiencing this.

    That game hasn't been released on the Xbox One. It was released for the Series S/X.

    It's now been four months since I got my replacement and the issue hasn't come back.
