    My Xbox One S has power but doesn't start. TV screen stays black.


    Turned on the Xbox today and it wouldn't load. Just a black screen. tried 2 different HDMI cables and different ports on the TV with the same result. Unplugged the power cord for 30 seconds and plugged back in with the same result. Please help

    I think microsoft is purposely sending out faulty codes to have people purchase new one. Ive been looking into this with the help of experts to find the code.

    Have you tried all the trouble shooting tips in
    the link     that SatanicoDrCadillac sent you? That is the info i would have given you, if you go throug all those steps and nothing helps i would reach out to Microsoft support
    to see if they can help you pinpoint the issue!

    The Xbox one s and one x have a problem with there power button if you unplug your console and hold the power 30 seconds it should fix it.
