    Xbox One S defective?

    So for some reason, I just bought my Xbox One S 3 days ago but it freezes everytime I go to the dashboard and notification tab. Help?

    Minecraft 1.67 crashing on xbox one s, not on box one

    Hello. I just upgrade from xbox one to xbox one s 1TB. But after running minecraft, I'm a bit confused.

    On xbox one S, after loading world minecraft randomly freezes and returns to home screen.

    On first xbox one 500gb is everything ok.

    Any ideas?

    When it's turned on, try holding the power button on the console for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug it, plug it back in and turn it on and try again.

    hello

    My Xbox keeps freezing during games is an Xbox one s and every time i try to play the division or forza horizon 3 the game will freeze and the game will quit or the Xbox will turn off entirely. Im pretty annoyed with this as I cannot play my expensive games
    for more than 15 minutes.

    please help.

    Could a game that freeze stop working damage the console?

    My game freezes sometimes but my console works fine. And I haven't read anywhere about game/s freezing causes any damage to your Xbox. It just frustrating when it happens.
