My xbox one s fan won't spin

So my xbox one s won't tyurn on it just shuts down after 5 seconds or so I think it's because the fan. The fan won't spin any help???

If the fan is broke then you will need to set it up for a repair. You can login to your account and go to devices and start the process from there if you registered the console else you will need to contact
Xbox Support.
