Well all i can think of to solve your issue would be to restart your router. (Unplug it and wait 3-5 minutes) then plug it in again and wait another 3-5 minutes to allow a full boot.

If that doesnt work then i dont know what else to suggest. Maybe someone else has a suggestion

I have been trying to play the system ,but I can not .I t let s me that it does recognized my Email address or my password . I don't not want loss my memory I have reaced .

Same problem for me. The Xbox One refuses to recognize my wireless network and tell´s me it´s the wrong network password.

It isn´t because 3 Iphones, 3 Ipads, two separate TV-sets and one PC finds the networks AND recognizes the same password.

This must be and hardware issue with the Xbox One!?

hi, until yesterday i'm playing in live gold, but today e can´t play anymore because my Xbox one don´t recognize my signature. Ask me for a new signature, but in my Microsoft account my live gold just expire in 2015, you guys know what happen´s?
