My Xbox one s disappears from the Xbox app

I had my xbox one s and my xbox series x consoles connected to the xbox app for a while now. However today the xbox one seemed to disappear from the manage consoles screen on the app, only the series x remains. Whats really bizzare is that when i go to
manage my microsoft account the xbox one s still remains on my connected devices. I want to ask, can my xbox console disappear from the manage consoles screen on the app after a small while of inactivity?

I am having the same issue with two games I owned and not showing in my library. They disappeared after setting my new Xbox series x from having an Xbox one. All apps and store are fully updated.

It's still there on my page. It disappeared from my daughters page for a while but eventually came back. Maybe redeem it from the app on the xbox itself if you're not already doing so.

My tenure has also disappeared from the xbox one but I can see my tenure on the xbox 360.

So the ones that used to show 100% have disappeared completely from my SmartGlass app. Not sure what that might mean.

Why you guys are asking nonsense questions. Cloud was empty and no i didnt capture it when storage was full. Many people keep saying that screenshots vanished from local storage and you admins cant answer why did it occur. Anybody from microsoft knows what
is going on and how to stop it?
