My Xbox one S controller vibration not working

So I bought my Xbox one s back in july and everything was fine. But after like 2 monthsone day the vibrations just magically stopped working (it’s not about the batteries, I’ve replaced them like 6 times since then). The system says that I have them on so
that’s not a reason why it happens either. At first I was pretty mad about it but after some attempts I gave up and started playing without vibrations (it’s not like they’re needed to play). Before giving up I installed that app for checking xbox controllers
(don’t remember it’s name). I downloaded it on my xbox and pc. On my pc the vibration worked normally so I thought everything will be fine again (nope). I turned on my xbox and opened a game (if it matters, it was forza horizon 3), the vibration DID NOT work.
I was wondering what the hell is happening because my controller is (at the time) only 2 months old and I never dropped it. I tried out that app on my xbox aaaand... vibration DID NOT WORK. I was like: „****?!” because everything was fine on pc like I’ve said
earlier. After some time like I said I gave up. I got used to it not working but something happened today (that’s why I’m writing) that threw me off and made me want the vibration in my controller back. I’ve made a new account for my sister and she wanted
to play something. When she started playing I’ve heard a familiar sound coming out of the controller. It was the VIBRATIONS WORKING. At first I was really happy and I logged on my account and opened up a game quickly. Guess what. THE VIBRATION DID NOT WORK.
I’m really mad about this because it turns out apparently my account is the reason why the vibration aren’t working. I gave her the controller back, she got back on her account, again, THE VIBRATIONS WERE WORKING. Although when I played fh3 on her account
I’ve noticed that yes, the vibrations are working on ber account BUT, it appears that they’re not working 100% right. Whenever I started driving the right trigger wasn’t vibrating (and from what I remember it was working whenever I was pressing it, atleast
on forza horizon 3). It was only vibrating a bit while changing gear, or when the tires where screeching. So here I am, having a very unusual issue that of course looks like I’m the only one in the world that has it becuase I’ve never found anyone with a similar
problem especially in terms of that thing with the accounts (the fact that vibrations are working on other account than mine) and I’m just mad about it. I’m not confident enough to fix it myself (if the problem is inside the controller that is). Has anyone
got anything similar or the same? What’s the damn fix for that? I don’t mind playing without vibrations but now when I saw that on other accounts it works just fine, I really want the vibrations to get back to work on my account also.
