My Xbox one s controller toggle button pole broke

I’ve noticed a problem on my controllers as well. I have had two s controllers and one original xbox one controller and after sometime the rb or lb buttons have broke. But I have dropped them few times so its not unexpected that something will break eventually.
After all the controllers arent made out of steel so they will break if you keep dropping them.

Sabertooth is a great controller. Only thing is for me one of the four buttons on the bottom which work with the rockers on the bottom finally broke a week ago and before that like eight months in one of the metal rocker spring cages broke from fatigue.
I mostly blame myself since I have it bound to the A button and played a lot of GTAV so I was mashing that thing pretty hard and at times a couple hundred times a minute running around for hours. Could have just took the rocker off and put the cover back on
and wouldn't have ever noticed it, but the underside rockers are just so useful. Took it apart and soldered a replacement button in myself didn't even need to pull out my custom bit set since the screwdriver to remove or attach the toggle triggers works on
all the other screws. If it was still in warranty I would have sent it in for a replacement Razer since their warranty support is really great. When I broke the rocker for the Sabertooth they wanted the controller back and broken rocker, but let me keep the
carrying case, break away cable, and working rocker. Shipped me back a brand new boxed one plus an extra set of rockers. Before that I had a Razer Onza I let someone borrow since they broke their official controller and they broke a stick somehow. Still under
warranty and all they wanted was a picture with the cord cut and they just shipped me a new controller which is still in it's box.

Besides that one button I replaced for the underside toggle rockers the two sticks are still rock solid centered and the buttons used for everything else AYBX, Bumpers, start button, LCD controls and top bindable buttons are a different better type. A lot
better than the rubber contact type in the official controllers. Triggers still have identical pressure as new even though the right ones gets a lot more use. Feel of the controller is great and the rubberized coating is still in perfect shape. As soon as
they release a model with the same features for the One I will buy it even with how great the Ones controller is.

PS3s R2 and L2 buttons are some of the flimsiest things arounds which makes the controller bad from my perspective. I don't hit button hard and I broke one. My man has broken several which is why I brought him a fight stick. Brought another fight stick recently
because my friend broke the L2 button on my Red one. That was my favorite controller too

I came to the conclusion it is a synching issue between the controller and X1. It hasn't happened in a few months since I resynced my controllers. But it seemed to happened only with the controllers with out the 3.5mm Jack. My Elite controller and newer
one with the. 3.5 mm Jack. My older 2 controllers broke. The LB/RB buttons broke.

Xbox One controllers are obviously cheaply designed. I've broken two of them, one broke within a year and it's replacement broke within 6 months. I just don't understand this drop in quality over the Xbox 360. All my 360 controllers still work, save a dead
charge pack or two, and they have seen extensive, rage-fueled use. The RB/LB buttons on those survived Dark Souls I & II, while the ones on an Xbox One controller broke while navigation a menu. I came up with the perfect remedy for this and
bought a Playstation 4.
